Before Invibio, he held several senior leadership positions at Victrex, including Medical Business Unit Director, Emerging Business Director and Strategic Marketing and Technology Director.

John holds a PhD in Polymer Chemistry, an MSc in Process Technology and Management and a BSc in Chemistry. He is widely recognised for his practical, partnership-led approach and his commitment to quality, reliability and long-term customer success.

Looking Ahead at Orthoplastics

John's appointment marks an exciting next step for the business as it continues to build on its reputation for quality, collaboration and technical expertise.

Speaking about his new role, John said: "Orthoplastics is uniquely positioned, and I look forward to building on the company's strong foundations. My focus will be on supporting our customers, advancing innovation and ensuring Orthoplastics continues to lead the way in high-performance biomaterials."
