Shown here is our facility, located about 50 kilometers north of Manchester. This 30,000 sq.ft unit contains our machining, finishing facility, Research & Development, shipping and warehousing.

 
Our purpose-built 20,000 sq.ft press facility houses the start-of-the-art press. The press has an annual capacity of 400 tons of compression-moulded UHMWPE sheet.

 
We run currently four ram-extruders, each with a capacity of 30 tons of UHMWPE rods. The polymer feed systems are environmentally controlled, designed to reduce contamination to a minimum.

 
The finishing shop houses three computer controlled gas-fired annealing ovens, capable of controlling temperatures to exacting specifications.
